Seek Help Through Patience & Prayer

Surah Al-Baqarah

وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ

And seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, it is a burden except for the humble--- [2:45]

ٱلَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَـٰقُوا۟ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ

those who are certain that they will meet their Lord and to Him they will return. [2:46]

Seek help from Allah. The One who Hears and Sees Everything. He will always be there to help you get through whatever you're going through.

These ayats are a beautiful reminder that we shouldn't feel as though Allah won't help us or answer our Duas. If we keep believing that, Shaytaan will cause our thoughts to spiral, and praying and making Dua will start to become a burden. Be humble. Believe that Allah is the only one that can help us through anything and everything and In Sha Allah your life will change for the better. <3
