It's Hayati
Saying "I Believe" isn't all Islam is About
Surah Al-Ankabut
Do people think once they say, “We believe,” that they will be left without being put to the test? [29:2]
We certainly tested those before them. And ˹in this way˺ Allah will clearly distinguish between those who are truthful and those who are liars. [29:3]
Or do the evildoers ˹simply˺ think that they will escape Us? How wrong is their judgment! [29:4]

Ayat 2 in surah Al-Ankabut is a reprimand in the form of a question. Allah tells us that He will test us in this Dunya to see if we really believe in Him and His religion. He, The Almighty, will distinguish who are the real, truthful, believers and who are the liars. The ones who quickly say "I believe" but don't follow up with anything will be the ones who think they can escape the trials and tests in this dunya but they will realize in the end that they were wrong.
They will wish to go back, repent, accept the trials, and be tested by Allah no matter how hard it may be but it will be too late. So repent now. Know that if you are going through anything in life, surely it is a test from the All-Knowing testing you according to your level of faith. Accept it and remember that Allah is the one who knows what happened in the past and knows the upcoming future. And it is He who knows the outcomes of all things.
May Allah (SWT) forgive all our sins. May He forgive the sins we know that we did and may He forgive the sins we weren't aware of. May Allah guide us all towards the straight path and keep our hearts firm in His religion.
This is a reminder to me first and then you. <3
