Oven Roasted Mini Potatoes

If you love potatoes as much as I do, you will love this easy 4-step, 3o minute oven-roasted potato recipe.

Ingredients
1 bag of Mini Potatoes
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F.
Next, it's time to prep the potatoes. Cut each potato in half and give them a good wash under cold water then add them to a large bowl.
Add in all your spices. 1 tsp of each of the following: salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cover the bowl and give it a good mix.
Line your baking pan with foil and drizzle some oil on it so the potatoes don't stick to the foil. Pour your seasoned potatoes into the pan.
Bake them for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked and crispy!
