Honey Glazed Salmon
This salmon recipe might be the best salmon dish I've ever made and eaten! Not only is it the best but it also takes 20 to 30 minutes to make. It's a win-win!
When it comes to making salmon, I personally love to pan-sear salmon on all sides while basting it in the sauce. It comes out so crispy, flaky, and beautifully glazed.
My favorite way to eat salmon is to make a delicious salmon bowl with lots of yummy vegetables!

Let's start with the list of ingredients needed for this delicious recipe:
Ingredients (for the salmon)
- 3-4 Salmon Fillets
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
Ingredients (for the glaze)
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil

We are going to start by prepping our salmon. Rinse your salmon with some water and pat both sides dry.

Season your salmon with a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, and a teaspoon paprika.

Don't be shy with that seasoning! Make sure you're seasoning both sides of each salmon. Set this aside while we prep the glaze.

Add your glaze ingredients to a bowl. Garlic, honey, soy sauce, water, lime juice, & sriracha. Mix it until well combined. Your honey shouldn't be clumpy. It should be a smooth glaze.

Take your lightly seasoned salmon and put it in the bowl with the glaze sauce. Make sure the sauce is covering the salmon. Cover the bowl and let it sit and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat up your oil at medium-low heat. Once heated, add your marinated fillets and pan-sear them on all sides until salmon is cooked on the inside. You'll know it's cooked once it becomes flaky. Don't get rid of your glaze sauce!!! You will need it in the next step.

Once your salmon is pan-seared to your liking, pour your glaze in the pan. Turn your heat to low and let it simmer with the fillets, turning them every couple of minutes in the sauce.

You can turn the heat off once the sauce becomes a thick consistency. I love eating my salmon over white rice with my favorite vegetables on the side!

Ingredients (for the salmon)
3-4 Salmon Fillets
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
Ingredients (for the glaze)
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
½ Cup Honey
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
Start by thawing your salmon (if frozen). Add your salmon fillets to a plate and lightly season them with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Set it aside to marinate a bit and start working on your glaze.
In a bowl, combine the garlic, honey, soy sauce, water, lime juice, and sriracha. Mix until well combined.
Put your salmon in the bowl with the glaze and make sure all fillets are covered in the glaze.
You can cook the salmon immediately or let the fillets marinate. I prefer to let the salmon marinate in the glaze for about 10 minutes.
After your salmon is well marinated, heat up a pan on medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
When heated, add your salmon fillets to the pan and pan-sear your fillets on all sides. About 1 to 3 minutes on each side.
KEEP YOUR GLAZE SAUCE! You will use it.
When your salmon is fully cooked, inside and out, lower your heat to low and pour your glaze sauce over the fillets. Let it simmer with the salmon until it thickens.
Plate your salmon over white rice, and add your favorite vegetables for a delicious salmon bowl. Don’t forget to drizzle some of the glaze sauce over the bowl!
