Allah is ALWAYS Near

Surah Al-Baqarah

Do you think you will be admitted into Paradise without being tested like those before you? They were afflicted with suffering and adversity and were so violently shaken that even the Messenger and the believers with him cried out, “When will Allah’s help come?” Indeed, Allah’s help is always near. [2:214]

In this ayat in Surah Baqarah, we are asked an important question. Do we really think we will be admitted into paradise just like that without being tested in this Dunya? Why else were we put on this Earth? Allah put us here so He could test us. Give us trials to get through. We gain rewards and become good Muslims while we go through our worldly trials so that we can be awarded Paradise in the end.

And while we go through these tests from Allah daily, it reminds us that nobody will help us the way that Allah (SWT) helps us. It reminds us to pray, make dua, and ask Allah for help. Why? Because he is always, always near. Remember that. Allah is available at all times for you to go to Him for help.

May Allah guide us all to the straight path. May Allah accept our duas and bless us with His protection and keep us safe, always.
